Our basic business analysis process is as follows:

2. Discovery: Determine the Root Cause

3. Solution: Solving the Problem(s)

This is a collaborative process, where we work with you and your team to come up with doable actions that can create positive results.

Along the way, we assess how effective these solutions are, and fine-tune them as necessary to keep moving toward the goal.

Our Business Analysis is Thorough and Comprehensive

In our thorough business analysis process, we might cover more than 130 business variables. We look at all functional areas of a company, or, based on the need, one or more departments: sales, operations, staffing and human resource concerns, and accounting-administrative functions.

Another area we review is the corporate culture – the values, morale, and experience that people have at the company.

Of course, we typically review the bottom-line and top-line results, and all the indicators of financial health.
